Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or payment method. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent by email. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM (15:00). Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid photo identification and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or other methods specified during booking.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect other guests, hotel staff, and property at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates these rules without refund.

6. Property & Amenities

Pod capsules are private sleeping spaces equipped with a bed, lighting, charging ports, and ventilation. Shared facilities include bathrooms, showers, and common areas. Secure lockers are provided for storing personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for items left in pods or common areas.

7. Lost & Found

The O Pod Hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the secure lockers provided. Lost items will be held for 30 days and can be collected upon verification of ownership.

8. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to guests or their belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the hotel. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered at the hotel's discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Guest information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for reservation management and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

The O Pod Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
