a. Contact details: Full name, phone, email. b. Booking and stay details: Dates, room type, accommodation preferences, number of guests. c. Payment information: Credit card details are processed through a certified payment provider; we do not store complete card information. d. Browsing and device data: IP address, browser, cookies, usage data for analytics and user experience improvement. e. Communications with the hotel: Inquiries via phone/email/website forms.

4. Purposes of information processing and legal basis

a. Managing bookings, service operation, and providing hospitality experience — processing essential to contract execution. b. Billing, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations. c. Information security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest. d. Sending marketing offers — only with active consent (opt-in). e. Service improvement, website usage analysis, and technological operation.

5. Disclosure and transfer of information to third parties

We may transfer information to the following entities, subject to data protection agreements: • Secure payment providers (Payment Gateway) • External booking system/Channel Manager • Cloud services hosting the website • Information security and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) Transfer of information outside Israel will be done in accordance with legal requirements and applicable regulations.

We will retain personal information for the period required for processing purposes or according to law: • Booking details and invoices — up to 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes. • Operational and browsing data — according to operational needs, usually for a shorter period. • Marketing information — until the user requests deletion or ceases use.
